Yes. A PSL allows you to select the most well suited agencies to provide recruitment services to your business and you can introduce a fixed rate that works with your business and ultimately reduce recruitment costs.
An agency should only ever charge a fee if a candidate that has been introduced to you by the agency, is employed within your company within a certain time frame.
The agencies vary, however iMedical’s standard pre-screening includes: proof of ID, proof of address, proof of academic and professional qualifications, references and a basic police clearance.
